| Merak received written confirmation from the Belgian Federal Tax Administration on July 2, 2008 to use her in-house procedures to digitize paper invoices. Companies and organizations can therefore outsource the service of digitizing their invoices to Merak and automatically comply with the legal requirements to prove the authenticity of the origin of their invoices, the integrity of the contents and the readability during the entire legal retention period. |
